If you could live anywhere, where would you call home?
I love living in New Jersey and enjoying all four seasons. However, I often dream of escaping the cold winter months of January and February to bask in the warm weather on the stunning beaches of Anguilla (and indulging in Blanchard’s cracked coconut dessert) or the Bahamas.
If you could eat just one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
My favorite part of any dinner is the buttered bread and, of course, dessert. Who really needs all those Yelp reviews anyway when you can typically determine the quality of a restaurant by the very first thing they put on the table? Serve me a French baguette with butter, and I’ll consider it a five-star establishment!
As for dessert, just put anything chocolate in front of me and I'm a happy camper.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Having inherited my mother's creative gene, I love decorating, organizing spaces, and anything crafty. I also enjoy playing tennis, admittedly the only form of exercise I can tolerate.
Who is your biggest hero?
This is a tough one. While my parents taught me valuable lessons and shaped who I am, I have to give this one to my kids: my heroes who look at the world with innocence and positivity. Sometimes, we have to remind ourselves to appreciate the little things in life and see the world how children do.
What would you do with your Mega Millions winnings?
First, I’d make a substantial contribution to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help support families during challenging times. I’d then buy a row of houses in a picturesque beach town such as Spring Lake, NJ so my extended family could spend our summers together in a beautiful place.
What are some of your most memorable moments?
My top memories include selling lemonade and playing outdoors with my childhood best friend, receiving my acceptance letter from Lehigh, landing my first job at Goldman Sachs right out of college, and of course marrying my husband and having our two children..
