Reece loves her job.
Reece would love her job even more if it were on a beach.
And she makes sure we know it. While Reece’s ideal job description consists of building sandcastles, swimming in crystal-clear Caribbean waters and basking in the sun enjoying a margarita, she’ll just have to wait until our satellite office in St. Maarten opens (she was super excited when she read this—at least until she found out we were kidding).
To her credit, she’s the employee who comes to work with a hyper-positive attitude and is always entertaining. In fact, sometimes it feels as though she was sent here purely for our entertainment; however, that’s really just a reflection of how much fun she is to have around. And, by the way, she’s a superb operations wizard.
Reece—who, contrary to what some of us believe, wasn’t named after the candy—joined Vision Retirement in December of 2015. She came to us with a wealth of experience that included stints at Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and various local independent advisors. She is currently pursuing her Series 65 License.
When Reece is out of the office, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family—she has two children, Madden and Tommy. Ten years ago, Reece was dealt with a wicked curveball when her son Tommy was diagnosed with autism. However, not only has Reece remained ultra-positive, she’s taken the time to help others by getting involved in various organizations, including Autism Speaks.
Reece’s hobbies include watching movies (her favorites are The Bourne Identity series and just about any slapstick comedy) and sports. More specifically, New York Rangers and New York Mets games.
